I'm taking this survey before my issue has even been looked at. The only thing good was delivery time. I received the product damaged in the box. I'm not blaming Autoplicity, it could have been the Manufacturer or UPS. The box wasn't damaged, but my exhaust was dented in multiple places. I sent an email immediately to Autoplicity. Haven't received any solution yet, but I did get this handy survey.
