Order a climate control for my truck. Delivery was fast. Ran into a problem with my product but when I contacted customer support, they were fast in responding. Got the issue resolved pretty quick and it went very smooth.

While the shipping of my part was quick the part I received was defective and had to be returned. The 1st Autoplicity rep I spoke to indicated I would have to pay shipping to return the defective part and also pay to order a replacement. I had the manager contact me and she sent me a shipper to send the defective part back. However I still have to order and pay again for another part. This seems strange and I would suggest you should automatically resend a replacement part while the defective part is returned and processed. My vehicle was not operational for about a week.
