Timbren Industries DF15004B SES Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren Industries DF15004B SES (Suspension Enhancement System) is a progressive-rate suspension upgrade designed to eliminate squat, sway, and bounce when towing trailers or hauling heavy loads. This system replaces your factory bump stops with hollow rubber springs made from Aeon® rubber that engage progressively as load increases, providing automatic load-leveling support without affecting unloaded ride quality.

Key Features:

• Hollow rubber spring design provides progressive load support up to several thousand pounds
• No maintenance required—no air lines, compressors, or adjustments needed
• Installs in under 30 minutes per axle with basic hand tools
• Works automatically—engages only when vehicle is loaded
• Preserves factory ride quality when unloaded
• Durable Aeon® rubber construction resists weather, chemicals, and road debris
• Lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

The SES system is ideal for trucks and SUVs that regularly tow trailers, carry heavy cargo, or experience rear-end sag. Unlike airbags or add-a-leaf systems, Timbren SES requires zero maintenance and provides instant response to changing loads. The hollow rubber spring design compresses progressively, offering soft initial engagement for minor loads and firm support for maximum payload conditions.
