I purchased a Walker tailpipe (resonator) assembly for a Toyota Sienna. Autoplicity offered the part at the best price and I found the website easy to use. The part arrived within the timeframe I expected. However, the part was shipped without any protective wrapping whatsoever, which resulted in substantial malformation of both ends of the pipe. While a professional shop may have a pall of some kind for quickly re-rounding the pipe, I am a DIYer, and it took me 15 minutes to get things back in working condition. Whether shipped from Autoplicity or directly from Walker, a part like this should have at least had some bubble wrap taped around the ends of the pipe to prevent such damage.
