My only concern is that the two cans of Rust treatment were packed rather loosely in a large box. The cans were contained in a plastic bag but the lid had come off one of the cans and that can could have started spraying while in transit. Fortunately, that didn't happen. Try to pack the product more tightly in the boxes.
