Hi had this product shipped to my sister's place in rural Wisconsin. The FedEx delivery service was a bit confused about the location of my sister's home but my sister's husband was fine with actually meeting the FedEx driver at the end of their driveway since the driver was rather reluctant to drive on the driveway due to spring thaw. It was fine. He would have been fine but big city drivers aren't accustomed to the reality of living in the country. LOL. I've actually ordered another product and expect we'll encounter the same issue unless USPS is used the next time. We're fine with driving into town to pick packages up at the post office.
