As a woman how has had a man around to fix things my whole adult life... I googled the problem, went to auto store where they wanted $55 for the part. I then googled some more and found this site where I spent less that have of that with shipping included. The part came 1 day before I expected it. It was the exact same part in the exact same packaging as the part the auto store had. It had amazing easy to understand directions to replace it and I was able to fix it without a man all on my own!!!

The shipping was delayed from what was contracted but when I contacted Autoplicity they explained and apologized and the item did eventually arrive and it's an excellent product. Would do business with them again if the item I was ordering was not a time sensitive item for my business.
