Over three decades later, ACT operates a 22,000-square-foot manufacturing facility where every product is designed, assembled, and tested in-house. The brand manufactures its own diaphragm springs and uses advanced CAD modeling, finite element analysis (FEA) simulation, and rigorous laboratory testing to ensure each component meets exacting standards for clamp load, friction, pedal feel, and working range.
