They claimed the item shipped three days before it actually did. I used their instant messenger at least twice over those three days to ask for updates on why the tracking couldn't be found. no responses. the items then came in two shipments one two days before the other from a tracking number never sent or listed. overall I did the receive the items and the price was good But the support from the company left me in the dark through the whole time.
