Nice selection, rapid shipping. Bike rack I ordered arrived in original packaging, but with nothing else surrounding it to protect it. Both boxes were damaged and bike rack scuffed and scratched on arrival. Disappointed and reached out to customer service immediately. Unfortunately, delivery occurred on Friday, which left no customer service reps to help me on the evening it was delivered. I am still awaiting a response regarding the damage that occurred prior to arrival at our home. How the process goes in regards to damage that occurred prior to my possession will determine my final decision about my review.
