I called in and talked to someone and it was hard to understand his accent and he was very short with me. I gave him my party number and he didn't confirm with me what it was, he only said that they had it in stock. I needed 12 came off spray paint and so I asked him if they had the 12 and he could not answer the question. I just decided to make my purchase on the computer because at least the computer has the answers. Shopping was good but could have left a day or 2 earlier. I do shipping myself and all my orders are shipped the same day, why can't you do the same?
