You sent me an email asking if I had received my order. In said email was no description of what I ordered, only an order #...I've ordered a lot of stuff recently of which I only received 1 so far...consequently, I had to call (and wait on hold) to clarify what you were asking about.
But yes, I got the item quickly and with no issue...you just might wanna be a little more specific with your follow up emails. Instead of saying 'did you receive Order # 123ABCD' you could ask 'did you receive Order # 123ABCD Purple Winch Extension Strap'
I'm not a computer...I don't know what 123ABCD means...but I know what a Purple Winch Extension Strap is.
