I waited a coupel weeks before I called, wonderign why i hadn't even received any shipping / tracking email confirmation. Young man on the phone looked it up and said, oh it already shipped i'll send your trackign info right over. 4 hours later i got an email that showed a random shipping company's name with no tracking "UNKNOW" as the trackign info.
I did some research on the Shipping co. Found their number and called them. They informed me they had my order and needed to call me to set up a time for delivery. That happened at that momenet and they delivered it today. Not the best communication, but not the worse.
