Interlux Y202 Fiberglass Solvent Wash is a professional-grade surface preparation solvent designed to remove mold release agents, wax, oil, and grease from bare fiberglass boat hulls. This multi-purpose wipe-down solvent features a unique combination of solvents that evaporate slowly, keeping contaminants in suspension so they can be completely wiped away before the solvent dries.

  • Effectively removes wax and silicone contamination from painted hull surfaces being prepared for repainting
  • Essential for use prior to painting fiberglass gel coats, regardless of their age
  • Proper removal of contaminants is critical for achieving full adhesive qualities of Interlux no-sand paint systems

Didn't have any problems ordering, or with delivery. I already knew how to replace the part, so that wasn't an issue. The unit was new, and looked very nice. The ONLY issue I had with the unit is that the driver's side temp gauge didn't go up ALL the way (left about 1/8' gap), but there's no problem with the temp of the heat, in spite of this. This unit was least expensive in price, for it being a new unit, instead of it being refurbished, so I definitely recommend.
