Phone contact is poorly administered. Called twice with holding times exceeding 10 minutes only to be cut off when the call advanced to number one in both instances - very, very frustrating and of course, unacceptable. The internet chat was adequate but rather abrupt. However, the transaction was easy and the parts arrived ahead of schedule.
The items were difficult to find elsewhere. Had they been easily available they would have been obtained through another company.
The transaction through the internet was done well but customer service procedures could use a bit of work.
