I was able to order quickly. However, I tried to call first as the internet had too many in the Q. Then I got a girl who spoke too quiet and I could not understand what language she was using. I live in Oregon. We speak English. The item was pictured incorrectly and the person that took my order already knew the web pix were wrong. My suggestion is to get someone skilled at web pages and update photos of products in a timely manner as my experience would have been stellar had the information matched and I would have ordered yesterday instead of having to wait to talk to a real person.
