Hoping the rest of my shopping experience will be as seamless as my ordering experience.

The order process was smooth and we received our order very fast. The only problem with the shipment was the outer packaging was not good and didn't have marks showing 'UP'. So, one package was coming upside down and the caps on each bottle were taken out. Also, it would be great to print out an invoice from the website. Overall, I am satisfied with the products and the order process!

I received an email from you asking if I received my air conditioner. I hadn't. The tracking said pending. I called the phone number provided and left a message, no call back from Meyer logistics. I called customer service and got a different number and called and they said it was out for delivery. Earlier I asked if the driver would call first. He never called just showed up
