First time order we will see how it goes.

The instructions state the need for a 13mm socket but it's a 14 that's needed. Also the spacers on the light bar are too big to use both in the bull bar. Had to split one in half. Also, absolutely ZERO instructions with the light bar installation in the bull bar was infuriating.

called everywhere out of stock and this price for 4 tires is less then two tires i was quoted .. will do business again

I would like a more formal receipt for warranty reasons on this item.

I recieved my order but before this I also recieved an email from autoplicity stating they couldn't fulfill my order? I got in touch with customer service to make sure they were out of stock, they said yes & cancelled my order. 2 hrs later I recieved an update that my order had been shipped, after I had already cancelled & bought another part from ebay. All in all it was fine, I just cancelled the ebay order since this one had already shipped. They need better communication between their distributer & their office personnel & it would've been a flawless transaction.
