Website was showing all items had been delivered when they had not. Called customer service and they assured me the other items where in route but they were unable to get a tracking number. It's not their fault as I'm sure if they could they would have. However their assurance was enough for me and the items were delivered about 4-5 days later (no big deal)
My main worry was that what I had ordered was not processed but again customer service provided the info I needed and they were very nice and cheerful.
Keep up the great work! Customer service is not easy and I applaud their positive attitude and helpfulness
