I had placed my order and then had been checking the confirmation email site for updates on processing and when it was shipped. It had been over a week with no updates noted just that the order was received. I emailed customer service to see if my order had shipped yet and was told they would check with the warehouse to check the status. They responded quickly to let me know what date it was shipped and provided tracking information. I appreciated the quick response and follow up by your customer service representative. Perhaps keeping the "progress of order" page updated to real time more often would be beneficial.
