The Sierra 118-2646-1 Lower Unit Seal Kit is a comprehensive replacement seal kit designed for MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II lower units from 1991 and up. This complete kit includes all the seals, O-rings, and gaskets needed for a thorough lower unit rebuild or maintenance service.

Kit Includes:

  • 18-2599 Face seal and installation tool
  • 18-2564 Water pump base to face plate gasket
  • 18-2566 Face plate to water pump cover gasket
  • Multiple oil seals (18-2002, 18-2013, 18-2014, 18-2054, 18-2056, 18-2076, 18-2077)
  • 18-2944 Seal and 18-2945 Sealing washer
  • Various O-rings (18-7159, 18-7168, 18-7176, 18-7413, 18-7420, 18-7440-1)

This Sierra seal kit is engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications and replaces MerCruiser part numbers 26-816575A1 and 26-816575A3, Mallory 9-74206, and GLM 87511. Sierra products are designed to withstand harsh marine environments and provide reliable performance for your sterndrive maintenance needs.
