The Sierra 18-2654 is a comprehensive lower unit seal kit designed for Mercury and Mariner outboard motors. This complete seal kit provides all the essential gaskets, seals, and o-rings needed for lower unit maintenance and rebuild projects.

Kit Includes:

  • Oil seals: 18-2008, 18-2011, 18-2048, 18-2051, 18-2052, 18-2054, 18-2055
  • Water pump gaskets: lower base to face plate gasket 18-2823, upper face plate to pump body gasket 18-2824, water pump base gaskets 18-2825 and 18-2841
  • O-rings: 18-7153, 18-7155, 18-7160, 18-7115
  • Rubber washer 18-2948
  • Drain screw gasket 18-2945

This Sierra replacement kit is engineered to meet OEM specifications and replaces Mercury part number 26-79831A1 and Mallory part number 9-74202. All components are manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment standards, ensuring reliable performance in the harsh marine environment.
