I had some concerns at first, however after talking to Joy I am satisfied with final outcome.

So the low stars because, I received the products in two different boxes, which there didn't seem to be any reason as they would have fit in one. The order didn't indicate that there were two different boxes and they showed up days apart. I then contacted you via customer support being worried and no one reached out.

I didn't like how the shipping estimate was half of actual cost.
