Wichard 1305W Self-Locking Allen Head Pin D Shackle 10mm 316L Stainless

The Wichard 1305W is a self-locking D shackle featuring an Allen head pin, precision forged from Grade 316L stainless steel for exceptional corrosion resistance in saltwater and marine environments. With a 10mm (13/32") pin diameter, this shackle delivers reliable strength and security for demanding offshore and onshore rigging applications.

Key Features:

• Self-Locking Allen Head Pin: The pin locks securely into one of the recessed indents on the shackle body, preventing accidental opening under load or vibration
• Grade 316L Stainless Steel: Forged from low-carbon 316L stainless for superior strength and outstanding resistance to marine corrosion and pitting
• 10mm Pin Diameter (13/32"): Provides high working load capacity suitable for critical rigging and lifting applications
• Allen Key (Hex) Drive: The recessed Allen head design allows for tool-tightened security, reducing the risk of the pin backing out under dynamic loads
• D-Shackle Profile: Straight-sided bow design concentrates load along the axis of the pin for optimal in-line strength
• Wichard Quality: Manufactured in France to ISO and CE standards, trusted by sailors and riggers worldwide

The Wichard 1305W self-locking shackle is ideal for sailboat rigging, block and tackle systems, safety lines, and general marine hardware applications where a secure, tamper-resistant connection is essential. The Allen head pin provides positive locking without the need for a mousing wire, simplifying installation while maintaining professional-grade security.
