Lewmar 2020201334 V4 & V5 Vertical Windlass, Gypsy Only, 12V

The Lewmar 2020201334 V4 & V5 vertical windlass is a low-profile anchor windlass for sail and power boats. The motor and gearbox sit below deck, so more of the unit stays out of the way and the deck looks cleaner. That makes it a good fit for large anchor lockers. Lewmar's listing for this part number shows it as the 12V gypsy-only configuration.

Key Features:

• Vertical design with a deck unit of precision-cast 316 grade stainless steel
• Gypsy-only low-profile configuration, with about 180° of chain wrap for a secure grip
• Max pull of about 2,750 lb in the 12V V4 configuration
• Cone clutch for gradual engagement and smooth, fine control
• Manual free fall lets you drop the anchor quickly if power is lost
• Worm-drive gearbox and drive train for efficient power transfer and long service life
• Handles rope-chain or all-chain anchor rodes

The Lewmar V-Series combines a corrosion-resistant stainless deck unit with a dependable drive train, so it suits regular cruising use. The V4 and V5 share the same deck unit and gypsy design.
