The OMC 0318544 is a genuine OEM lower unit fill and drain plug screw designed for Johnson, Evinrude, and OMC outboard and sterndrive applications. This magnetic drain screw seats in the bottom drain plug hole of the gearcase lower unit, where it plays a dual role: sealing gear lube during operation and capturing metallic wear particles suspended in the oil.
