The OMC 0335148 Tilt Rod Seal is a genuine OEM replacement seal designed for the power trim and tilt systems on Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors. Manufactured by BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products), this seal provides a reliable fluid-tight barrier around the tilt rod, preventing hydraulic fluid leaks and maintaining proper system pressure in the trim/tilt assembly.
This seal is a key sealing component within the power tilt end cap assembly and is commonly replaced as part of routine trim and tilt system maintenance or when addressing hydraulic fluid leaks. It is also found as a component in the OMC End Cap Assembly (part number 0435566).
