The OMC 5009220 Anode Kit is a genuine OEM propeller shaft sacrificial anode designed specifically for Evinrude E-TEC G2 outboard engines. This corrosion protection component mounts to the gearcase propeller shaft area and sacrificially corrodes in place of critical metal components, shielding the prop shaft, propeller, and gearcase hardware from galvanic corrosion in saltwater, brackish water, and freshwater environments.
