Swift Kompany 8730-1939 XD Flex 2 Triple Mech/VSR/Mech Battery Switch with Knobs

The Swift Kompany 8730-1939 is an XD Series Flex 2 triple battery switch and voltage sensitive relay (VSR, also called an ACR or automatic charging relay). It combines two manual mechanical switches and a central VSR in one compact housing. It has tinned control wires and manual knobs.

Key Features:

• Three-in-one design: Mechanical switch, VSR/ACR and mechanical switch in a single module. This replaces three separate high-amp relays.
• Manual knobs: Show the state of each manual control and let you force the relay on or off.
• 500 A continuous current rating with a 1,500 A maximum cranking current rating.
• Wide voltage range: 8-36 V DC, for 12 V and 24 V systems.
• Long switching life: Rated for 1,000,000 mechanical cycles.
• Low off-state current draw: About 1.3 mA.
• Tinned control wires for straightforward connection.
• Expandable: Link and cross-link busbars connect it to additional dual, triple or single XD relays for 3- or 4-battery systems.

This unit fits dual-battery and multi-battery setups. The outer mechanical switches handle load switching, and the center VSR automatically shares charging current between batteries when charging voltage is detected. Using one housing instead of several relays and link cables saves space, reduces wiring and removes cable connections that could vibrate loose.
