Blue Sea Systems PowerBar Busbar Terminal Studs with Cover

The Blue Sea Systems PowerBar busbar line gives you one point to land and distribute heavy battery cables, inverter feeds and smaller accessory wiring. These power distribution blocks (also called bus bars or terminal blocks) are made for marine, RV and other 12V DC electrical systems. Each one comes with a snap-on insulating cover.

Key Features:

• Tin-plated copper bus: Pure electrical copper gives high conductivity and resists corrosion.
• Stepped bus design: Two conductor elevations increase wire density compared with a flat busbar. The elevations also match common fuse block heights, so fuse blocks can attach directly without connecting cables.
• Secure connections: One-piece serrated flange nuts on the terminal studs help hold cable lugs firmly. Stainless steel screw terminals with captive lock washers handle smaller gauge wires.
• Flexible installation: The busbar can be cut shorter for tight spaces. Bi-directional end caps let you gang additional busbars together.
• Protective cover: The snap-on insulating cover meets ABYC and USCG requirements. It has a recess for labeling circuits.
• Durable base: The base is UL 94-V0 rated, glass-reinforced thermoplastic.
