Seastar Solutions TFXtreme OMC Control Cable Foot

The Seastar Solutions TFXtreme OMC Control Cable is a premium 479-type replacement control cable for throttle and shift applications. It is built for BRP/OMC/Johnson/Evinrude controls and is a drop-in replacement for original equipment cables. It is also sold as an Xtreme or CCX205 series OMC remote control cable.

Key Features:

• Patented splined core: Ridges on the core give a close fit with the inner liner but keep contact to a minimum. The result is smooth movement with minimal lost motion.
• Tighter bend radius: A 4 inch minimum bend radius, compared with 8 inches for standard cables, suits complex or long cable runs.
• Durable HDPE casing: The black outer casing resists abrasion, UV, salt water, chemicals, gasoline and oil.
• Corrosion-resistant hardware: Stainless steel and brass fittings add protection in the marine environment.
• Drop-in design: The cable uses your existing connection components.
• Foot throttle ready: It is well suited to foot throttle setups on performance and bass boats.

This cable replaces the standard-performance CC205 series. It gives a more precise feel and more consistent control on demanding rigging layouts.
