Martyr Anodes Complete Anode Kit for Volvo Penta SX-A/DPS Drive

The Martyr Anodes Complete Anode Kit for Volvo Penta SX-A/DPS sterndrives is a replacement sacrificial anode kit. It protects the drive's underwater metal parts from galvanic corrosion. Martyr makes it for boaters who want to replace the drive anodes in one step, instead of buying each anode separately.

Key Features:

• Complete sterndrive anode kit that replaces the drive's sacrificial anodes
• Fastening hardware included for installation
• Anodes made from a specialized marine alloy built on U.S. Military Specification standards
• Available in different anode metals to match your boating water: zinc, aluminum or magnesium (choose the option that suits your environment)
• Aluminum and magnesium options contain no cadmium, a toxic material found in traditional zinc anodes

Martyr Anodes, part of the CMP Group, offers zinc, aluminum and magnesium anodes. Its aluminum anodes are promoted as a sustainable alternative to zinc. Corrosion protection is a routine maintenance item, so replacing worn anodes on schedule helps keep your outdrive, gearcase and transom hardware protected.

Choose the metal that fits where you boat. Aluminum suits saltwater and brackish water, and magnesium is intended for fresh water only. Select the variant that matches your conditions.
