Shields Hose Silicone Single Hump Coupler Marine Wet Exhaust

The Shields Hose Silicone Single Hump Coupler is a marine wet exhaust hose coupler (also called a hump hose or exhaust connector). It absorbs angular and longitudinal vibration in wet exhaust systems. It also corrects slight offsets between exhaust pipes, so it works well for connecting manifolds, risers, and solid exhaust pipe runs.

Key Features:

• Absorbs angular and longitudinal vibration in wet exhaust systems
• Compensates for slight pipe offset and misalignment
• Blue silicone cover with a smooth finish that wipes clean easily
• Fabric-reinforced construction for durability
• Stays stable at elevated temperatures
• Resists exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, and saltwater
• Rated for temperatures from -20°F to +350°F
• Meets SAE J2006 Type R1 standards

Shields Hose is a well-known name in marine hose. This single hump silicone coupler is built to handle the heat, vibration, and saltwater exposure of inboard engine and generator exhaust systems. It is available in a range of inner diameters and lengths.
