Forespar Marelon PTFE Ball Valve

The Forespar Marelon PTFE ball valve (MF 850 series) is a marine ball valve and seacock for controlling water inlet and outlet lines above and below the waterline. Each valve is precision molded from high-strength, glass-reinforced Marelon. Marelon is a composite that does not corrode and is not affected by electrolysis.

Key Features:

• Corrosion- and electrolysis-free: The Marelon body will not corrode or suffer electrolytic damage in raw water or saltwater service.
• Strong and lightweight: The glass-reinforced construction is strong and weighs less than comparable metal valves.
• PTFE seals: PTFE seals come standard for smooth operation and a reliable seal.
• Wide temperature range: Marelon is rated from -40°F to +250°F.
• NP-type threads: The threads suit standard plumbing connections.
• Approvals: The valves are UL approved and ABYC approved.

These valves suit raw-water intakes, discharges, livewell and washdown plumbing, and other onboard water systems. They are a dependable choice for boat builders, marine technicians and DIY boaters who want a long-lasting, maintenance-friendly valve.
