Lectrotab Heavy Duty Trim Tab Actuator Cable

The Lectrotab Heavy Duty Trim Tab Actuator is an electromechanical trim tab actuator built for boats that run at high speeds or in rough water. It has a reinforced upper mounting boss and a 12 gauge stainless steel upper bracket. It is a non-hydraulic, maintenance-free alternative to hydraulic trim tab rams. It gives quiet operation and accurate tab positioning.

Key Features:

• Stainless steel upper mounting bracket and reinforced actuator upper mounting boss for added strength
• Non-hydraulic design with no oil to leak
• Non-metallic, permanently sealed housing that will not corrode and will not deteriorate in the sun or under water
• Internal brake system that prevents unwanted tab movement when under way or backing down
• Internal pressure equalization system
• Upper ram seal location that cannot be damaged by a fouled ram or barnacle growth
• Quiet operation with precise tab positioning and strong lift force
• Load tested: every actuator is fully load tested to push 1000 lbs of force
• Self-contained assembly: no components need to be installed inside the boat

Lectrotab designs and manufactures electromechanical trim tab systems for leisure and commercial boats. These heavy duty actuators suit boaters who want a durable, low-maintenance way to control ride attitude and running trim.
