NewMar Thru-Dex Waterproof Cable Fitting

The NewMar Thru-Dex Waterproof Cable Fitting is a deck and bulkhead cable feed-through fitting. It seals cables passing through decks, bulkheads and enclosures. It is also sold as a waterproof deck seal or cable gland. The seal can be installed or removed with the cable's factory-installed connector still attached, so you don't have to cut or re-terminate the cable.

Key Features:

• Creates a waterproof seal where cables pass through decks and bulkheads
• The entry hole is pre-drilled in the seal, with a slit to the edge so the cable can be fed in with its connector attached
• Rugged weatherproof nylon housing
• Neoprene seal
• One fitting is required for each cable

The fittings are made for marine electronics and antenna wiring, such as VHF and radio coaxial connectors, and for routing cables cleanly through a deck or bulkhead. Each variant in the family is matched to its own range of cable diameters and connector sizes. Check the individual part number for those specifications.
