Pacer Performance Fully-Insulated Male Disconnect Terminal

Pacer Performance Fully-Insulated Male Disconnect Terminals, also called male quick disconnects or slip-on connectors, make secure wire connections that can be separated and reconnected. They suit marine, automotive, RV and powersports wiring where connections need to be serviced and need protection from the elements.

Key Features:

• Heat-shrink polyolefin insulation with a built-in heat-activated adhesive liner that melts and flows when heated. It forms a sealed connection once it cools.
• Protects the connection from water, condensation, salt spray, oil, gas and corrosion.
• Adds vibration protection and strain relief in rugged environments, and resists abrasion and physical abuse.
• Tin-plated copper terminal with a brazed wire barrel seam for corrosion resistance and durability.
• Fully insulated male design that disconnects and reconnects easily for equipment removal or field service.
• 0.250 in. disconnect (bullet) size.
• Rated to 600 V, with an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 125 °C and a shrink ratio of approximately 3:1 at 135 °C.
• Insulation color indicates the wire gauge range the terminal is made for.
• Compliances: UL, CSA and RoHS.

These terminals give a reliable, environmentally sealed connection that is easy to install. Choose the variant that matches your wire gauge.
