Nauticus Smart Tab Trim Tabs

Nauticus Smart Tab Trim Tabs are fully automatic boat trim tabs (also called trim plates or stabilizer tabs). They help your boat get on plane faster, ride more level, and handle better. They need no electric switches, wiring or hydraulic pumps, and you don't adjust them while underway.

Key Features:

• Automatic operation: A nitrogen gas actuator reacts to water pressure, boat speed and payload. The tabs sit angled down at low speed to add lift at the stern. As the boat accelerates, water pressure pushes them up toward a horizontal position to reduce drag.
• No hydraulics or electrics: The system gives many of the benefits of powered trim systems without the added hardware.
• Smooth, damped movement: An internal valve dampens plate movement. The tabs don't react to minor changes in water pressure.
• Ride and performance benefits: Helps reduce bow rise, shorten time to plane, and limit porpoising and chine walking. It can also improve fuel economy.
• Durable construction: Marine-grade stainless steel plates. The actuator is protected by a sealed EPDM rubber boot for longer service life.
• Flexible mounting: The component design suits contoured transoms. Installation uses common tools on most aluminum, wood or fiberglass transoms.
• Complete installation: The kit comes with installation instructions and mounting materials.

Nauticus offers Smart Tabs in a range of sizes and actuator ratings. Choose the model that matches your boat's length, engine type and horsepower.
