Almost a perfect score! I was pleased with the customer service but knowledge about their products warranties was lacking. Other than that, the representative that I spoke with on the phone was great. He was friendly and had a good overall knowledge of the products I was asking about. Pointed me in the right direction because I couldn't be happier with my bike rack. They had the best prices, lowest shipping costs, and my order arrived a day early. Great website to work with. I'm a little concerned. The Fabtech part number doesn't match the correct description. I need the impact tube rear mount not the bushing kit. I talked to a representative and he said if I used the Fabtech number I would get the correct part.

Autoplicity had the best price on the Wiseco pistons I needed anywhere. Took a little longer to arrive than I expected but apparently that was due to the pistons being shipped directly from the factory. Otherwise a very good experience overall.
