I did a lot of shopping around and they had the best price, by a good amount, even having to pay for shipping. Parts arrived in a timely manner, but the box they were shipped in didn't look up to the task of the weight of the parts being shipped, the exterior packaging was crushed at one end and partially opened. No damage to the parts or their manufacturer packaging was observed. The parts were as advertised except one of the Bilstein 22-001856 Twintube strut's hardware kits was packed incorrectly at the original manufacturer. It was supposed to have two short wheel assembly mounting bolts and one long wheel assembly mounting bolt and nut combo. It contained the right number of washers and nuts, but I only received one short bolt and instead got one extra long bolt. I didn't notice this until I was ready for installation, so I reused one of the old bolts I had removed. Not ideal when the plan was to refresh hardware. Overall I was satisfied with Autoplicity and will continue to shop with them.
