The Megaware KeelGuard (MPN: 20104) is the original, patented do-it-yourself keel protector, engineered to defend your boat's hull from the damaging effects of rocks, concrete ramps, abrasive sand, and oyster beds. Without protection, keel wear can break down the gelcoat finish and allow water to penetrate and destroy fiberglass laminates — the KeelGuard stops that damage before it starts.

Note: Suggested lengths represent the minimum recommended length based on boat size; longer lengths can be ordered for additional coverage. Not recommended for boats whose trailer design has the hull resting on center rollers or a keel support beam. Not suitable for some aluminum boats, pontoons, catamarans, personal watercraft, or non-standard V-shaped keels.
