Great price on product sold out at my "regular" place. My only negative was that I didn't get info to track the package or know when it would be delivered -- until AFTER it had been delivered. I ordered a hitch off of this site for Christmas, I have never heard of it nor did I know how they were, but they are great! Got my package in I'd say 4 days, very fast and it was exactly what I wanted! Only down fall was they charged me 3 times and I was short 150$ for a few days. I got my money back and I would definitely order again.
