no body answers the phone

ordered three of these batteries now, all at different times & my experiences were great, fast processing, on time shipping & an awesome product.

The item arrived fast and in good condition. There however seems to be a glitch with the scale the first time we weighed something. After we shut it off and then back on it seemed to be OK.
