The Megaware KeelGuard 21110 is a 10-foot, yellow DIY keel protector designed to shield your boat's hull from abrasive damage caused by sand, rocks, concrete launch ramps, and oyster beds. Unprotected keels are vulnerable to gelcoat breakdown, which can allow moisture to penetrate and damage the underlying fiberglass laminates — the KeelGuard stops that damage before it starts.
