Megaware KeelGuard 20711 11ft Charcoal Boat Keel Protector for Boats Up to 28ft

The Megaware KeelGuard 20711 is an 11-foot, charcoal-colored DIY keel protector designed to defend your boat's hull against the abrasive hazards of everyday boating. Keel damage can break down a boat's protective gelcoat finish, allowing moisture to penetrate and destroy the fiberglass laminates beneath — the KeelGuard stops that damage before it starts.

Co-engineered with boat designers and 3M® engineers, the KeelGuard features a precise, abrasion-resistant blend of polymers and urethanes for optimal durability and pliability. The included 3M® acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive permanently bonds and seals the guard's contoured edges directly to the hull surface, creating a tight, watertight seal without messy sealants. Patented hydrodynamic drag-reduction channels are molded into the surface, forming air pockets that maintain a slicker profile so your boat's speed and performance remain unaffected.

Key Features:

• 11-foot length — fits boats up to 28 feet
• 5-inch width with contoured, self-sealing edges
