The seat I ordered as pictured on your website part # ULT 166100 has upholstrey. The seat I received did not. No big deal if I knew that up front but now I had to spend another $159 plus $12 for shipping. It could have gone in the same box-I would have ordered it had I known. BTW you folks need to better train your phone staff in customer service. I had a very poor experience with them. Could not answer my question, all he kept asking was if I wanted to return the item.
