One of the struts in the kit I purchased is defective in that the cap is a bit lose and rattles while driving. I called in to inquire about warranty and was told that I would have to buy a new one, have the mechanic replace (at my cost) and the. Return the old one for a credit against the kit cost. I think the warranty process should be improved with an eye to make it easier on the customer. Particularly when the part purchased is faulty.

According to the website, it said free shipping, however, when placing the order for the product I ended up paying $12.95 for shipping on a $32.80 item to get it in 5 days. Missleading.
