Pacer Performance TFRL2-16MM-10 Insulated Wire Ferrules 2 AWG 16mm Beige 10-Pack

The Pacer Performance TFRL2-16MM-10 insulated wire ferrules provide a professional solution for terminating 2 AWG stranded wire in IEC-style terminal blocks. These beige-colored ferrules prevent wire fraying and strand separation, creating a solid, reliable connection that makes stranded wire behave like solid wire.

Key Features:

• Prevents strand separation and minimizes strand breakage during termination
• Insulated design provides additional electrical protection and color-coding
• Increases connection reliability in European-style terminal blocks
• 16mm ferrule length with 18mm recommended stripping length
• Convenient 10-pack quantity for multiple installations

Installation: Strip wire to 18mm (0.75 in.), slide ferrule over exposed strands until the nylon insulation meets the wire jacket, then crimp using a proper ferrule crimping tool to ensure adequate pressure and a solid connection. Heat shrink tubing can be added for additional protection if desired.
