Pacer Performance Wire Ferrule

Pacer Performance wire ferrules (also called crimp ferrules or wire end sleeves) stop stranded wire from fraying. Each ferrule covers the stripped end of a stranded conductor and forms one solid, connected piece. That makes stranded wire behave much like solid wire when you land it in a terminal block. They are widely used for IEC (European)-style terminal blocks and for general electrical wiring.

Key Features:

• Prevent strand separation while minimizing strand breakage
• Insulated nylon-sleeve design adds electrical insulation
• Improve connection reliability when terminating stranded wire in terminal blocks
• Insulation is color-coded by wire gauge, which makes sizes easy to identify

Installation Overview:

• Strip the wire to the correct length
• Slide the ferrule over the exposed conductor so the nylon casing butts up against the wire insulation
• Crimp with the proper tool, using correct pressure and technique for a solid connection
• Add heat shrink over the crimp if you want extra protection

Pacer Performance ferrules give a clean, secure and dependable termination for stranded wire. Choose the variant that matches your wire gauge.
