Pacer Performance TFRL14-8MM-25 Blue 14 AWG Wire Ferrule 8mm - 25 Pack

The Pacer Performance TFRL14-8MM-25 Blue 14 AWG Wire Ferrule is designed to prevent wire fraying and strand separation when working with IEC (European)-style terminal blocks. This 25-pack provides a reliable solution for terminating stranded wire by creating a solid, connected piece that behaves like solid wire, ensuring consistent electrical connections.

Key Features:

• Prevents strand separation and minimizes strand breakage during installation
• Blue insulated ferrule provides additional electrical insulation and color-coding
• Increases connection reliability when terminating stranded wire in terminal blocks
• Creates a solid connection that prevents weakening over time

Installation:

Strip wire to the correct length (10mm recommended stripping length), slide ferrule over exposed wire until the nylon casing contacts the wire insulation, then crimp using the proper ferrule crimping tool. Proper crimping pressure and technique are essential for optimal performance. Heat shrink tubing may be added for additional protection if desired.
